SUGGESTED PREPARATION USING NOODLE MASALA
1. Boil plain noodles in a sauce pan with enough water. Strain the noodles once they are soft.
2. Heat oil and sauté the onions pink. Add chopped vegetables like carrots, capsicums and beans. Add tomato sauce along with some salt and cook for few minutes. Add 2 tbsp of Sanchya Noodle Masala and mix well.
3. Add cooked noodles to the pan and mix well. Serve hot.
