SUGGESTED PREPARATION USING PANEER MASALA
1. Heat 2 -3 tbsp oil. Add in 1 tsp mustard, 2 tbsp peanuts. Sauté till mustard seeds splutter.
2. Add red chill, few curry leaves, sauté for few seconds. Add 2-3 tbsp of Sanchya puliyogare masala powder.
3. Add cooked rice and mix gently. A delicious serving of Puliyogare is ready for your taste buds to savor.
