SUGGESTED PREPARATION USING BIRIYANI MASALA POWDER
1. Soak Basmati rice and keep aside. Take large cooker, heat ghee and sauté spices, sauté onion and ginger - garlic paste well.
2. Add in vegetables and sauté till all vegetables shrink. Add curd, spices powder, salt to taste.
3. Add coriander leaves, mint leaves and fried onions and mix well. Add all this with soaked Basmati rice with Sanchya Biryani masala powder, pour water with ghee and simmer for 25 minutes, finally serve Biryani along with raita.
